Blue Exhalation Filter
Place the blue exhalation filter on the front round part of the device through the flexible silicone star that is designed to allow this process easily. Inside the box there are a total of 11 multi- use blue exhalation filters to guarantee a period of use of more than 5 years. Place always in the Breathlon device the blue exhalation filter to prevent the spread of exhalation moisture in the air and protect people around you from the transmission of viruses or pathogens.
Silicone neck lanyards and protective case
The package includes 2 adjustable silicone neck lanyards, which can be interchangeably used between the Breathlon silicone device and the protective case, and 1 (one) snap hook for holding the protective case, according to the user’s preferences.
How to place Breathlon in your Mouth
To use Breathlon, place the fingers in front of the silicone device to prevent the spread of pathogens from your fingers in your mouth. Place the mouthpiece silicone device between the teeth and lips as the lips reach to hug the middle area of the device. Always gently bite the 2 horizontal sheets of the device with the side teeth to avoid hearing a horn-like sound when exhaling from your mouth.
Stick nose inhaler during Breathing
The box contains a total of 2 nose stick aromatherapy Inhalers. Before using the Breathlon silicone device, insert the stick inhaler in each nostril and sniff the inhaler to stimulate sensory nerves inside the nose. These nerves are connected to the brain. They work instantly to provide several benefits such as a refreshed sensation, better nasal breathing and a decongestant effect. Place and keep gently the Breathlon silicone device in your mouth in order to perform the breathing process according to the muscles of the respiratory organs, and any other muscle according to the exercise model that is applied by the user. Observe the oxygen level and heart rate in real time through the Oximeter.
Cleaning and sterilization of Breathlon Silicone Device
After use, remove the Breathlon Silicone Device from the mouth and according to your preference, put it in its holder until you gain access to clean it with water combined with liquid cleaner. For COPD and Covid-19 patients before use we suggest strictly to do the sterilization of the silicone device through the Sterilizer.
