Breathlon Hybrid Breathing is a technique that helps you to Explore naturally your breathing physiology. Place the Breathlon device in your mouth and let the lungs do the rest. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose naturally following your breathing physiology. At least between every 3 nose – nose breathings, we suggest to combine with at least one Pursed Lip Breathing exhalation. After a short time of experience with Breathlon, you will become the master of your breathing to combine nose nose breathing with Pursed Lip Breathing according to your lifestyle and physiology. Using Breathlon hybrid breathing you will filter through the nose the air, release the air humidity, release nitric oxide NO, relax the air way muscles, increase the oxygen in the blood, prevent high blood pressure and promote blood flow in all your body.









Breathlon Diaphragmatic breathing













Place the Breathlon device in your mouth and start breathe in slowly through your nose and breathe out slowly through Breathlon device. Keep practicing this technique until you’re able to breathe according to your rhythm.

The benefit to breathe through your nose is that it adds warmth and humidity to the air, which can help reduce asthma symptoms. Place the Breathlon device in your mouth to practice Deep Nasal breathing. Nasal breathing helps to relieve shortness of breath by preventing air from getting trapped in your lungs and helping you to breathe in more fresh air. Breathlon Pursed Lip Breathing













Pursed lip breathing is a technique used to relieve shortness of breath. To practice it, you first breathe in slowly through your nose. Then, breathe out through Breathlon device to a count of 1 to 4 or 1 to 6 or 1 to 8 or other special recommended combinations.






Breathlon Pressure Breathing












Pressure breathing is a pattern of breathing that can occur during exercise or activities that require active concentration of breathing, such as exercise in the gym or sports. Place the Breathlon device in your mouth to use pressure breathing, also known as forced exhalation. Inhalation and exhalation both occur due to muscle contractions.
